Naggin' Noggin Tea - DIY Recipe

Welcome to HERBAL WEEK 2019 - Day 4!

If you have a headache and want a natural solution, this tea will help relieve tension and calm your stomach all the while easing the ache in your head.

Ingredients: Sweet Basil Leaf, Lemon Balm (Melissa) Leaf, Lavender Buds, Chamomile Flowers

To Use: Steep 1.5 tsp in 8-12oz of just boiled water. Cover and allow to steep for 10 minutes (longer if you have the time). Drink close to bed time.
