Calm Yourself Salve

A lightly scented, aromatherapy option for calming anxious feelings.

Originally developed for a friend who's daughter was struggling with panic attacks and anxiety, this balm is helpful in two ways.

There is a ritualistic reassurance of both having the stick with you and rubbing it onto your skin to bring you back to yourself.

The calming odor that is gently released is both relaxing and uplifting.

While this is a great solution for children and young adults, there really isn't a reason that anyone can't use this to help center and relax.

The scent can be described as warm, vanillic citrus that is not overly strong. No one else can smell it after it's applied. It's for you only.
