For Physical Products:

We want you to love your herbal allies. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery

  • Products damaged during shipping

  • Wrong items shipped

  • Defective products

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened herbal products (teas, salves, oils, rinses) due to safety and hygiene standards

  • Products used or partially consumed

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at saphow@elementalpromise.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

  3. Describe the issue or reason for return

  4. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Return Shipping:

  • Unopened returns due to change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items: We provide a prepaid return label

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

Refund Options

Original Payment Method

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

  • Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to post the credit

Digital Products Policy

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Grimoires and ritual guides

  • Coloring books

  • Taste of Magic wheels and companion guides

  • Elemental herb correspondence prints

  • All PDF downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once files have been downloaded. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

Exception: If you experience technical issues preventing download or if files are corrupted, contact us immediately and we'll resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging all products, but sometimes things happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  3. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you

  4. No need to return the damaged product unless requested

For defective products (manufacturing issues, incorrect formulation, compromised seals):

  1. Contact us with photos and description of the defect

  2. We'll investigate immediately

  3. Full refund or replacement will be provided

  4. Your feedback helps us maintain quality standards

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong product:

  1. Contact us with your order number

  2. We'll send the correct item immediately via expedited shipping

  3. Keep the incorrect item - no need to return it

  4. Our apologies for the error

Cancellations

Before Shipping:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for full refund

  • Contact us immediately at saphow@elementalpromise.com

  • After 24 hours, orders may already be in production and cannot be cancelled

After Shipping:

  • Cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Follow standard return procedures once received

Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes out of stock after you've ordered:

  • We'll contact you within 2 business days

  • Options: wait for restock (with estimated timeframe), substitute with similar product, or full refund

  • You choose what works best for your needs
